Peninsula Blue
We make this limited edition blue just once a year when our Banks Peninsula milk is at its creamiest. When the curds have been naturally pressed into cylinders, we salt them, spike them, and send them off to the blue room to work their blue cheese magic. There they sit, until we're satisfied they have the softness in texture and intensity of flavour that make our blue the topic of many a cheese discussion.

European range
Our European styles are a later addition and a salute to the European migrants in the late 1960s and early 70s, particularly the Dutch, who willingly shared their recipes and secrets for some of our most popular cheeses.

Settlers range
The early English settlers arrived on Banks Peninsula bearing many tasty items including their own styles of cheese and the recipes to make them. Our Settlers Range of cheddar style cheeses is a tribute to those original hard doers and has been a part of Barrys Bay since the first curd was turned.
