Premium range

As cheese makers we are born to experimenting in our quest for the perfect cheese. That's how it is with our Premium Range. Many years of meddling have created a small, but flavoursome family of cheeses, of which we are especially proud.

Peninsula Blue

We make this limited edition blue just once a year when our Banks Peninsula milk is at its creamiest. When the curds have been naturally pressed into cylinders, we salt them, spike them, and send them off to the blue room to work their blue cheese magic. There they sit, until we're satisfied they have the softness in texture and intensity of flavour that make our blue the topic of many a cheese discussion.
